Installation Steps

   Lighting Plan

   • Agree fitting positions, types and switching
   • Specify lumen output and colour temperature
   • Plan dimming, scenes and smart control

   First Fix

   • Run cables to fitting and switch positions
   • Install back boxes and ceiling mounts
   • Provide for transformers and drivers

   Second Fix

   • Connect and fit lamps, downlights and pendants
   • Install switches, dimmers and smart controllers
   • Set up app/voice control if specified

   Test & Hand Over

   • Test circuits and RCD protection
   • Demonstrate scenes, dimming and smart features
   • Issue Minor Works or EIC certificate
